Classical Pilates - also called Contrology- is the original system of exercises developed by Joseph Pilates.
It was conceived as an integrated training, in which each movement has an order, a purpose and a progression.

Unlike the contemporary or modified versions, the Classical Method is practised with specific equipment such as the Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair or Ladder Barrel

The first step is an individual session where I observe you, evaluate you and accompany you.
I analyse your posture, your movement habits and how your body responds to the Method.

From there, I start building with you.
Because your bodily needs are no one else's needs.
