At Exhale, We believe that true Pilates should not be overcrowded. For this reason, our classes never exceed more than three persons, The programme ensures that each student receives the necessary attention to perform the exercises with the right technique and to avoid injuries.
Private Lessons
Here, you will have the whole session to yourself, allowing for a deep focus on your body and your needs. If you are new to Pilates or want to work on specific goals, this option is perfect.
