Our centre is fully equipped with original equipment, as Reformers, Cadillac, Wunda Chairs y Ladder Barrels, all with progressive resistance springs for controlled, precise and effective work. Each device was designed by Joseph Pilates to optimise the body's performance, and at Exhale, we use it to work your body with maximum precision and safety.
